Why We Collect This

This anonymous data helps us answer questions like "Is the onboarding clear?" or "Are users finding the shop feature?" so we can make Spirit Garden better for everyone. All analytics are viewed as aggregate statistics—we never see individual user behavior.

How Spirit Garden Works

Spirit Garden is a mindfulness app that grows a virtual garden while you complete focus sessions. The app uses iOS Screen Time APIs to monitor whether you're actively in the app during focus sessions, but we do not collect or store information about which other apps you use.

Your garden progress, settings, and preferences are stored locally on your device and never leave your iPhone. Your personal data stays on your device—only anonymous, aggregated usage statistics are sent to help us improve the app.

Data Storage

All app data, including your garden progress, settings, and preferences, is stored locally on your device using iOS secure storage mechanisms. This data:

• Remains on your device at all times
• Is protected by iOS security features and your device passcode
• Is never synchronized to cloud services
• Is deleted when you uninstall the app
• Is included in your device backups (if enabled)

Third-Party Services

Spirit Garden uses TelemetryDeck, a privacy-focused analytics service, to collect anonymous usage statistics. TelemetryDeck is designed with privacy as a core principle and does not track individual users or collect personally identifiable information.

We do not use any advertising networks, user tracking services, or data brokers. TelemetryDeck only receives anonymous, aggregated statistics about app feature usage—no personal data is shared.
